Website overhaul (via Gabriels Technology). Print and digital CMA implementation with corresponding listing presentation service (Moxi Present). New marketing hires with formal training program. Scaled agent training program. Implementation of RealScout from traditional MLS search. Implementation of new agent websites via Gutensites.

CHRISTIE’S INTERNATIONAL REAL ESTATE

Liaison between Christie’s International (NYC) and Strutt & Parker (London) as project manager to onboard brokerage and all 500+ agents to Christie’s marketing platform, digital marketing programs and training. Oversaw project plan from concept through delivery that included marketing asset creation, timeline of deliverables, internal comms plan and logistics.

COMPASS

Overhaul website, including new content and video strategy. Build and market case studies for team’s development arm. Create all new marketing and operations processes for the 8 person team closing 250MM per annum. Streamline all outdated operations and inefficiencies. Create new digital marketing assets and digital agent programs that included video series, targeted ads, digitized listing pitch and CMA. Create formal business development practices for team’s buyers agents to increase sales and overall list price.

CIRCLEVISIONS

Built an all-new brokerage package of video (brand and property) and property websites. Created a new video product, MediaByte, a shorter, build-your-own version of the traditional property video targeted at the modern consumer. Worked with CV marketing team to create brokerage pitch, how-to videos and marketing videos for new services.

DISCLOSURES.IO

Worked with CEO and CPO to build strategy for a new market called The Listing Initiative, Los Angeles. Used existing brokerage relationships for a variety of biz dev strategies to increase product awareness by agent and executive outreach, online demos and test pilot groups. Collected data on the use cases in Los Angeles and agent feedback for product iteration for new markets.
